PLH Development is a Surrey based residential development company set up to source properties in and around London & The south-east of England. The company is able to manage developments through to completion, from initial acquisition through to planning, design and construction. Our previous residential developments have included single executive homes and multi-unit apartments, and embraced new build, conversion and refurbishment projects.

RE-DEVELOPMENT - CHELSEA
This highly complex and demanding project involved excavation of a new basement level prior to extending the property over two further levels to the side and rear. Works included extensive demolition, dismantling, structural alterations, an engineer devised retention scheme and remodelling of the internal space. The project won Interior Design Private Residence for London at the UK Property Awards 2016.
CONVERSION - CLAPHAM
The de-conversion of this early Victorian building from three flats into a single luxurious residence, created an elegant and unique hideaway for its owner. The interior space is a combination of classical elegance and contemporary styling, with individually designed and custom made pieces throughout.The project won Best Kitchen in the International Design & Architecture Awards 2014.


REFURBISHMENT - MAYFAIR
Works to this dilapidated Grade II listed building in Mayfair were commissioned by an overseas private investor. The full refurbishment focused on the retention and reinstatement of the building's original features, and a sympathetic rejuvenation of the interior that blended historic and contemporary finishes.
OFFICE TO RESIDENTIAL CONVERSION -CAMBERLEY
Conversion of this multi-level office space in Hampshire included stripping out all of the internal building fabric and services to a shell finish, followed by reconstruction of the internal space to provide fifteen high quality residential apartments. Planning approval was granted in the second quarter of 2014 with construction starting in the fourth quarter of 2014. All 15 apartments were sold prior to completion.


OFFICE TO RESIDENTIAL CONVERSION -ROMSEY
Conversion of this office space above a supermarket in Hampshire included stripping out all of the internal building fabric and services to a shell finish, followed by reconstruction of the internal space to provide nine quality residential apartments. The scheme received planning consent in 2013 with works on site starting in April 2014. Completion occurred in November 2014, on time and within the original budget.
